Learning about Jesus begins for each of us at the cross of Calvary.
That love unfolds before us as we prayerfully study God’s Word and as we discover and rediscover it in people and through experiences.
His love kindles a fire within us to live for Him and for others.
We want to share with anyone and everyone the love God has given to us.
Who We Are
When you come to Atonement you won't find perfect people in perfect clothes sitting in perfect pews.
We are all just humans who have fallen short and need forgiveness.
We come as we are to worship God, support each other, and try to make a positive difference in the world around us.
Our church is a part of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod.
We are a denomination that confesses the historic, orthodox Christian faith,
a faith built on "the foundation of the apostles and prophets;
Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone" (Eph. 2:20).
